Inclusive

  • Free Mountain Card (unlimited use of the Isskogel and Köningsleiten lift in Summer)
  • All utilities included: water, electricity, heating
  • Parking available just 150 metres from Michi’s Apartments on the main road
  • Children up to 2 years stay free. An extra travel cot for children under 2 can be provided in the room (available only with prior reservation).

Exclusive

  • Cleaning costs € 75,- for apartment 1&3 and €60,- for apartment 2&4
  • Tourist tax € 2,60 p.p.p.n. (15 years and older)
  • Deposit of € 200,- per apartment (to be paid in cash upon arrival)

Useful Information for Your Stay

Arrival

  • Check-in and check-out in winter only on Saturdays
  • The apartments are available from 15:00
  • Check-In is directly in Michi's Appartements, where you will also receive the keys

Depature

  • Check-out by 10:00 AM
  • The apartment inspection takes place one day before your departure. Any extraordinary damages will be deducted from the security deposit
  • In case of an early arrival or late departure, you will be given the possibility to store your luggage in the basement of Michi's Appartements, at your own risk

Payment Terms

  • Cash payment or via bank transfer
  • Deposit amounts to 20% of total amount
  • Deposit term: payment within 14 days after the booking. If the deposit has not been paid in time time, the booking will automatically be cancelled
  • The remaining amount can be paid in cash on arrival / departure
  • Or you can transfer the remaining amount before arrival
  • An early departure or late arrival will not be refunded
  • Our cancellation policy is based on the Austrian hotel legislatoin
  • If you book over a booking platform (like Booking.com) the cancellation policy
    of the respective platform applies
  • If your country / federal state has a negative travel advice for Tyrol or there is a lockdown, you can cancel free of charge
