Ideal ski apartments during the winter and perfect for an active summer holiday with our 'BergAktiv' program included.

We have 4 apartments varying in size, from 2 up to 4 persons. The apartments are designed with typical but modern Austrian style in mind.

The apartments are located on the outskirts of the village of Gerlos. The 10-person Dorfbahn gondola is just 250 meters away from our house. This lift takes you directly to the Zillertal Arena!

Quiet location but close to the gondola and valley station!

Our apartments are situated on a quiet location, only a 5 minute walk away from the attractive town centre.
